Bacara is a multi-unit residential development situated in Paulshof, Johannesburg, which Thorn is currently busy painting on behalf of Summercon Property Development. The estate comprises 130 two and three-bedroom apartments and semi-detached homes with garages. The project was launched towards the end of 2016 and handover of all phases will be completed in April 2018.

 

As this is also a new build, a full specification will apply to both the interior and exterior surfaces. We are over halfway through the project with the 1^st couple of phases already completed and handed over to the new homeowners.

 

The site is project managed by Bonnie Luthuli, the longest serving employee at Thorn Painting Solutions. His team is made up of 1 site supervisor, 20 painters and 12 cleaners and we have been very impressed with the quality of their workmanship on site to date.
